The development of this cutting-edge women’s healthcare platform presented significant challenges due to its complexity. The project required seamless communication and collaboration across three distinct teams, each handling different aspects of the platform. Managing these tasks and information was crucial to ensure that every component of the project aligned perfectly.

Human Resources

There were many components to the project which needed separate teams to work on in order to complete the project in a timely manner. The client needed more developers, both front end and backend in order to deliver a working product.

Lunar Digital helped fill in the gaps needed to reach completion with the following team:

Communication

Client experienced significant challenges with previous agencies, which hindered the progress of the project. The core issue stemmed from a combination of poor communication practices and the inability to manage time zone differences effectively. 

Previous agencies struggled to maintain clear and consistent communication between the US-based project management team and other offshore development teams. This resulted in misaligned expectations, delays in receiving confirmations, and confusion about task priorities.

We hire English proficient staff who understand the higher level thinking of the product designer and have a good grasp of user experience. We are also trained in Agile methodologies and work with sprint and regular scrum meetings to deliver tasks and priorities according to demand.
